As standard, wherever possible and necessary, Vovida Networks uses its own in-house test and assembly facilities to pre-configure and pre-test equipment, and prepare and test cables prior to on-site installation and commissioning. This results in considerable reduction in logistics and delays and thus an increase in reliability and quality.
Where work needs to be subcontracted, for example when working overseas where local knowledge and/or labour costs may be necessary considerations, local subcontractors are carefully selected and managed, and their work directly supervised and quality inspected by Vovida Networks' own experienced staff. If appropriate, Vovida Networks can use existing or set up one or more local offices to support this process.

We have gained a reputation for rarely ever requiring vendor or manufacturer support except for problems that require software upgrades or patches, or for further product or solution development.
Product return and repair can be handled via Vovida Networks' RMA processes and advance replacement facilities are available. Vovida Networks has its own test facilities to screen for and minimise No Fault Found customer returns, and test beds are available for test and demonstration of new products and solutions can be carried out, software patches and upgrades can be verified, and network faults or other problems can be simulated and investigated.
